Years of international
research and benchmarking on Talent Management have enabled Saint George
Institute to design and implement the « Talent Expression Board »,
which is used to
monitor :
WHY employees are
more or less positively engaged, and
HOW talent is
more or less effectively deployed.
This
assessment is not an assessment of the
people who are performing the test, it is an
assessment of the organization
which employs them. The results of the
test will give evidence of areas
where improvement is most needed - or
where progress has been achieved.
The “Talent
Expression Board” test
is either performed individually "on
line" through our protected web
site, or preferably during a "questionnaire
workshop" where questions are explained
and discussed. The outcome of the test
is in the form of six
evaluation charts :
Three “WHY” charts
“Values and Mission”
indicators,
“Satisfaction” indicators,
“Aspirations” indicators,
Three “HOW” charts
:
“Effectiveness” indicators,
“Creativity” indicators,
“Talent Dynamics” indicators,
These
evaluation charts can easily be compared, at different times for one group, or
between different groups. They are also useful to measure the
progress achieved with our programme « Talent
Dynamics »
