Saint George Institute uses specific and well proven training tools and methods to improve individual and group abilities, through experiential learning.

A very useful and exciting application of experiential learning is the use of the MEGALEARNING business game to "refresh" basic knowledge of economic and financial mechanisms. Different programmes are applied depending on the level of the executives involved.

EFFECTIVE REMOTE TEAM WORK

One of the biggest needs for training and personal development in large corporations today is to teach managers to work on a remote mode, and to avoid the risk of being buried under ever increasing email traffic. We achieve this by teaching managers and executives how to deal with information flow and decision processes in a virtual environment, during experiential simulations which have been developed with our partner MEGALEARNING and our clients.

We help our clients develop efficient thinking while they debate and practice around the concepts of asynchronous communications and electronic shared spaces.

This work delivers benefits beyond the expected outcomes  in management development. It prepares the ground for deep, although progressive, organisational transformation :

The development of cross-organisational remote team working will progressively transform a traditional vertical structure into a flatter structure, with more complex and flexible network relationships, where special purpose project teams are formed, work and disappear all the time, ignoring geographical and traditional organisational constraints.
